What is the Training Center?

The Training Center is Guru’s interface for reviewing, improving, and training AI-generated answers based on team feedback and expert review. Instead of relying on one-time content audits or reactive knowledge updates, the Training Center allows your team to iteratively enhance answers as questions arise, closing gaps and correcting issues in real time.

Whether you’re an Admin or a subject matter expert, the Training Center gives you the tools to review sources, edit answers, assign experts, and track which content powers your organization’s answers. It’s AI, but smarter, because your people help train it.

How it works

Review questions and answers

Authors, Admins, and Workspace Owners can view a centralized table of recent questions, flagged issues, and AI-generated answers that used their verified content.

Question View offers a sortable timeline of asked questions and their corresponding answers, while Source View gives insight into the most frequently used sources—making it easy to identify and prioritize the content that has the greatest impact on your team’s answers.

Assign experts and review answers with confidence

Quickly assign a subject matter expert to flagged questions in the Training Center’s Expert Review feature. Once assigned, experts can review and improve AI-generated answers, update content, and refine the sources used. Guru learns from these edits, helping the system surface the most trusted sources for similar questions in the future.

Re-train Guru automatically

Every edit or reassignment teaches Guru’s AI what a better answer looks like, improving accuracy for future queries that are semantically similar.

Track top sources

Use the Source View to identify your most-used source content. Understand which Guru Cards and content are most referenced and prioritize updates to content that shapes the majority of your team’s answers.

How does the Training Center help improve answer quality?

By letting experts edit and verify answers, the Training Center teaches Guru which sources to trust. Those learnings apply automatically to future, similar questions—improving answer quality over time.

Can I delete Training Center history?

No, questions cannot be deleted individually or in bulk. However, the Training Center only shows the last 90 days of data. After that, it’s automatically purged.

What happens when I edit an answer?

Guru re-generates the answer using your selected sources, and those sources are prioritized in future responses to similar questions—training the AI in real time.

Who sees the questions in the Training Center?

Only Admins can see who asked a question. Experts, Authors, and Workspace Owners can view questions tied to the content they manage or verify.

What if my team uses multiple content sources?

Guru supports hybrid search across all connected systems (like Guru Cards, Google Drive, Dropbox). The Training Center helps surface the most relevant sources and flags duplicates or inconsistencies for clean-up.
